Neches River has voted to begin a partnership with the churches of Transylvania in Romania. The partnership is to assist pastor's Sabine Boruga and Florine Boruga as they reach the gypsies of this area. They have started 7 new churches and are winning people to Jesus as they impact this part of their country with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
